Titan Comics have been on a roll, publishing one hit comic
book title after another! The latest hit
comic coming out of Titan Comics, The Factory is pure sci-fi fun! Many science
fiction books/comics are hit or miss but let me reassure you The Factory is a Must Have Hit!
The future is here and its pretty bleak, or so it seems, but
things are not always what they seem and herein lies our story. Earth is
desolate, nothing is alive… no plants and no livestock, just humans… starving
humans!
A group of mutants have set out in search of “The Factory,”
each having their own reason for finding The Factory. As they set-out on foot
over the barren planet the group meets several weird, nasty, and bizarre
beings, along with an inhospitable environment! They will see flying heads that
talk, monkeys that speak and so much more.
The leader at The Factory is a horrible person, he keeps
himself and those close to him well fed, while everyone else is near starved to
death! The surrounding camps are given scraps to eat and told to be grateful
for what they receive. The campsites are filled with starving humans, that Gucco
(leader at the Factory) generously feeds… scraps! He tells them there is no
food, they should be grateful for what they are given! But we know…. Something
is not right?!
Citizens are picked from the campsites to go to the factory,
but why? Our mutant friends are also plagued by strange happenings, they have
been poisoned and while being led to a cure the unexpected happens! Will they
survive? There’s a normal human being, who has also been searching, but for
what? And, will he find it?
Sci-fi fans, horror fans and all comic book readers this is
the must have comic book of the year! The Factory is written and drawn by Yacine
Elghorri, who does a heck of a job conveying his story in The Factory!
