Spookhouse by Eric Powell

Eric Powell brings comic book fans of all-ages another great story. Spookhouse Comics hits comic book store’s last month and all I can see is Wow!

Spookhouse Comics contains two or more mini-stories filled with terrible, horrible tales with a sinister twist at the end. The twist kinda reminds me of; be careful what you wish for, you just might get it, literally! and Powell delivers this in every story. Each story involves children and a fork lore or tall tale with an ending that will surprise you.

Powell writes Spookhouse so that people of all-ages can enjoy and the artwork is amazing, reminding me of an old folklore being retold. The comic is geared toward children, but adults will love it as well. This is one you can read to your children or grandchild and not have to worry about over the top violence and derogatory language.

You can pick up the latest copy of Spookhouse from Eric Powell at White Dragon Comics. White Dragon Comic is pleased to offer this comic and many, many more.

Ghost Rider # 1

Ghost Rider #1 from Marvel Comics released today and I could not be more thrilled, after waiting months for Ghost Rider to reappear I finally got my copy and I was not disappointed! Robbie Reyes is back as the Ghost Rider and better than ever!

I was a little worried when I seen that Totally Awesome Hulk would be starring in the new Ghost Rider comic book, but again I was pleasantly surprised, not being a huge fan of Totally Awesome Hulk and wanting only the rider to star in the comic it was actually very well written and a good start to the new series.

Writer Felipe Smith breathes life and a hellish fire into Robbie Reyes and artist Danilo S. Beyruth gives readers a realistic look at Ghost Rider with his artwork, while presenting fans with an eerie picture of one mean, badass Rider.

Fans will also get a new back-up story in issue one, so it's kind of like getting two comics for the price of one. What's cool about the back-up story is that it follows the main narrative...keeping the comic moving along, giving fans more bang for the buck!

White Dragon Comics has the newest Ghost Rider available today! Make sure you come in and pick up your very own copy of one of the best comic books to hit comic stores today!
